Users can see data dating as far back as 2000.
Some of your older documents are not available in My Account. If you need assistance locating them, please contact Wilson Tool.
Documents will appear in My Account moments after being created and saved by Wilson Tool.
Your password must be at least 8 characters and must include 3 of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number or symbol.
Access to tracking numbers is coming soon.
Complete the Request Change Form on the applicable page, either your profile page or the company page, and a Wilson Tool team member will work on your request.
Note: Address changes can take 1-3 business days to update.
Due to the date range of data available in My Account, you are able to view quotes and orders associated with your company’s previous addresses. Your current business addresses are listed under the Company tab in the top right corner.
You only have access to the most recent version of quotes and orders in My Files. For access to previous versions, you will need to contact Wilson Tool.
At this time, users are unable to search by part numbers in My Account.
