WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINN., December 1, 2024 - On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, a minor fire incident occurred at our White Bear Lake manufacturing facility. All employees were safely evacuated, and local fire departments responded promptly to extinguish the fire and prevent further damage to our facility.
The resulting damage impacts less than 7% of our facility in White Bear Lake, MN and was limited to a small portion of our punch tooling specials manufacturing capabilities. We have determined that this
disruption will affect very few customer orders which will be immediately rerouted to other work cells in White Bear Lake, MN as well as our manufacturing locations in Brazil, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Some non-manufacturing areas were also impacted by the incident but will have no impact on our ability to maintain business continuity or resume normal operations. All production, data, and communication systems have been restored, with no compromise to system integrity or security.
