Rotary Dies

Rotary dies disperse tonnage with the movement of the rotating cam. This requires less tonnage and makes bending large sheets of metal significantly easier for operators to handle – and improves safety. In some cases a rotary tool can cut labor costs in half, when more than one operator has traditionally been required. For cosmetic applications, rotary bending greatly decreases tonnage and part marking so sheets may require less protection and have an improved finished appearance
