Wilson Wheel® Rolling Flare

The Rolling Flare allows fabricators to create large diameter flares and other shapes with one tool anywhere on the sheet. Because the Rolling Flare tool glides around the perimeter of the shape to create the flare, it can form flares vastly larger than station size – up to as large as the sheet itself.
 
Flared shapes are created super-fast and smooth, straight or curved, at any programmable location. The horizontal rolling motion of the tool leaves no burrs or nibble marks so it often forms without a secondary operation needed for finalising the part, even on cosmetic parts with a very low threshold for burrs.
