The Rolling Pincher is ideal for creating parts that will be quickly and cleanly separated after fabrication. The Rolling Pincher creates a smooth partial shear in the sheet that can be quickly snapped or shaken apart during assembly.
 
Unlike other tabbing operations, the Rolling Pincher tool creates no burrs in the sheet that need to be eliminated in a secondary operation. Rather, the tool’s smooth rolling action creates smooth, burr-free perforations that snap cleanly apart after removal from the punch press.
