Materials build up or “Galling” will have a detrimental impact on the life of your tooling and on the quality of the parts produced. Traditionally the tooling would need to be cleaned with an abrasive stone or pad, a time consuming and often ineffective method for hard to reach surfaces.

Wilson Tool can now offer a range of high quality and innovative Ultrasonic cleaners that will remove galling from tools in minutes.

Tools are simply placed in a basket and lowered into the stainless steel tank containing a heated detergent, piezo-ceramic transducer elements then operate to provide a powerful ultrasonic cleaning effect. The cleaners employ simple controls on the front panel allowing for quick and easy setting of time and temperature profiles as well as operation of other features.
